Who's Who in "Music On Tour"


The cast of 4 consists of Barri Feuer, Mark Lord, Paul Weinberg, and Naomi Zeitlin, all of whom are top local talent, having performed in community and regional theater throughout the New York/ Metropolitan area. The group's combined experience includes singing, acting, directing and writing. They are accompanied by Alan Kingsley, an experienced and talented pianist, musical director, and music teacher. The 5 performers' individual credits follow.

Barri Feuer's favorite roles have included Princess Puffer ("THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD"), Hodel ("FIDDLER ON THE ROOF"- 3 times), and Rizzo ("GREASE"). She has also performed in productions of "HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING", "THE KING AND I", "CABARET", and "JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR". Barri has also performed in numerous musical revues, and is choral director for her temple.

Mark Lord has appeared in productions of "OKLAHOMA!", "THE PAJAMA GAME", "HELLO DOLLY!", "THE SOUND OF MUSIC", "BELLS ARE RINGING", "FOLLIES", "THE MUSIC MAN" and "THE ODD COUPLE" (male and female versions). He toured for a year with the Queens Jewish Theater in "BUBBA MEINSERS", and appeared in numerous musical revues, including tributes to Irving Berlin and Cole Porter. Mark is also a talented writer and director, having co-authored the theme song for MOT's current musical revue, "We're Into Love", and directed various theatrical productions, including "THE SOUND OF MUSIC", "THE KING AND I", and "THE MUSIC MAN".

Paul Weinberg has had a diversified musical and theatrical background. His stage credits include roles in "FIDDLER ON THE ROOF", "CAROUSEL", "CAMELOT", "HELLO DOLLY!", and "THE FEMALE VERSION OF THE ODD COUPLE". In addition to being a skilled pianist, he has written several songs and entertained at many parties as a DJ.

Naomi Zeitlin performed solo and in several duos and trios as a singer/guitarist before she got "hooked" by the theater bug. Her musical credits include Golde ("FIDDLER ON THE ROOF"), Aldonza ("MAN OF LA MANCHA"), Joanne ("COMPANY"), Sister Robert Anne ("NUNSENSE"), Vera Charles ("MAME"), Carlotta ("FOLLIES"), Mrs Baskin ("BIG"), Robin ("GODSPELL"), Chiffon ("LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS"),Nettie Fowler ("CAROUSEL"), and a player in "SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM". She has also performed in musical revues, including tributes to Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, and Harold Arlen. Her favorite non-musical roles include Bella ("LOST IN YONKERS") and Mrs. Van Daan ("THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK"). Naomi is also currently a member of another cabaret act, "Salt and Pepper", a male and female duet performing their own arrangements of a wide range of song styles.

Alan Kingsley has been musical director for over 60 productions with groups such as Forest Hills Players, Free Synagogue of Flushing, Queens Community Theater, and BEARI Productions. He is director of the Children's and Adult Divisions at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music- Queens, where he has taught for more than 20 years. In addition, he directs a children's chorus at the school.
