My Bio

Initially, I performed as a solo act and in several duos and trios as a singer/guitarist before I got "hooked" by the theater bug. My musical theatre roles included Golde ("FIDDLER ON THE ROOF"), Aldonza ("MAN OF LA MANCHA"), Joanne ("COMPANY"), Sister Robert Anne ("NUNSENSE"), Vera Charles ("MAME"), Carlotta ("FOLLIES"), Mrs Baskin ("BIG"), Robin ("GODSPELL"), Nettie Fowler ("CAROUSEL"), and a player in "SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM". I also performed in numerous musical revues, including tributes to Gershwin, Cole Porter, and Richard Rodgers. And my favorite non-musical roles included Bella ("LOST IN YONKERS") and Mrs. Van Daan ("THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK"). Click here for my complete theatre resume.

For the last 15 years, while performing solo and in regional and community theatre productions, I have also been a member of 2 different Cabaret groups.

The first, Music On Tour (“MOT”), is a 5-person group, 4 singers and actors accompanied by a pianist. We have been performing our original musical revue entitled “We’re Into Love” in the tri-state area since 1992. Our venues have included over 50 different stages; auditoriums, dinner theaters, cabaret clubs, meeting rooms, libraries and parks. “Music On Tour” continues to perform actively. The second, “Salt and Pepper”, a duet, also performed on a wide variety of venues. Our 1st show was in April of 2002 for Wantagh Library and up until December of 2004 we performed in over 40 different venues, with an ever growing following wherever we went. Salt and Pepper’s final show was in December of 2004. Several months later my partner, “Salt”, retired from the duet. Click here for the “Salt and Pepper” website.

I am now concentrating exclusively on my solo act, and have found it to be a true labor of love.
